both.. I'm proud to be a Filipino because it runs in my blood.. A Filipino Blood.. And there are alot of things to be proud of in being a Filipino. but there are also stuff that we can't be proud of. ALOT.. Blame it on the Government and to those Filipino's who can't be satisfied for anything and to those that are stubborn.. XD
