Eventually we all lead to our own destruction.

Then I say we destroy the current status quo, so that we can reform and rebuild a new beginning. But for the longest time there were those in power who did the exact opposite, thus we find ourselves in the state that we're in.

But I'm only good at one tool; the sledgehammer approach. Therefore I need the help of a passionate craftsmen, when I'm willing to lend my help for humanity's sake. So that I can see for myself the day that my approach will no longer be needed, thus I too will pass without regret.

Besides, there's this fact that I am a Canadian.

Also, they just passed the bill. I'm watching it now on the news. They say it's on its way to the white house now. I don't understand what's going on, though.

And I happen to like The Mall there, it's a great place for learning.

Since the universal health care bill is now on its way to get signed by the President(congrats ), this will open the next process of making the health care bill even better with the reconciliation process. Now that there will be a working federal health care program, stuff like the pro-life issue on abortion will be open for debate.

And to the Republican who lost his composure by him shout out "baby killer", shame on you.

This is the kind of legislation that shows the US isn't a democracy.

The majority of the people in the US don't even understand this legislation and the majority of those that do reject it. I haven't read it, but according to digs it's horrible and won't bring universal health care, which is what Americans want. And since Obama pushed it through quickly, just like the bailout, I wouldn't be surprised if it's completely for corporate interests. Obama just shamelessly lies; he said he would give more time for people to read the bill, but he rushed this one through, again.

To me abortion is the last thing I care about. I care of the we being of the country. Health reform with out reforming the blood sucking ambulance chasers AKA lawyers in this next year I bet 20 percent of doctors will close there doors other will move out of the country

Something tells me a lot of people are going to suffer, though. If we can't depend on the president to lead the country and hear our views, then who will?
I can't talk really, since I don't know enough about it.

I am blown away with the general attitude posted on this sight if figured as young as ever one is Figured you would be happy about this. The younger people are the more trusting they tend to be I am shocked.

Then I suggest you to consider what I hammered out, while keep an objective view on the motives of those who claimed will be suffering from this progress.

Now, apply that rationale and see for yourself how those who disregarded my inquiry, what exactly are their rhetoric speaks of their motives. Are they thereby rationalizing the situation objectively, or were they just throwing a temper tantrum.

lol one person says the democrats will pay will we'll see wont we.... wat will u think if democrats remain in power?

sheesh at least they r trying something i dont see republians coming up with anything better. the fine u spoke of is a small price to get ppl insured otherwise i dont see anything wrong with the bill (btw theres an exception for low income families so ive read)

u think u know better? do u know how hard it is to get these things passed? i suggest we wait.... if it fails ppl will complain and eventually someone will fix it but if it succeeds than those who opposed it will complain that they werent the ones who came up with it

okay this is what passed if anyone really wants to know or cares, all trolling aside plz
1. Adult children may remain as dependents on their parents’ policy until their 27th birthday
2. Children under age 19 may not be excluded for pre-existing conditions
3. No more lifetime or annual caps on coverage
4. Free preventative care for all
5. Adults with pre-existing conditions may buy into a national high-risk pool until the exchanges come online. While these will not be cheap, they’re still better than total exclusion and get some benefit from a wider pool of insureds.
6. Small businesses will be entitled to a tax credit for 2009 and 2010, which could be as much as 50% of what they pay for employees’ health insurance.
7. The “donut hole” closes for Medicare patients, making prescription medications more affordable for seniors.
8. Requirement that all insurers must post their balance sheets on the Internet and fully disclose administrative costs, executive compensation packages, and benefit payments.
9. Authorizes early funding of community health centers in all 50 states (Bernie Sanders’ amendment). Community health centers provide primary, dental and vision services to people in the community, based on a sliding scale for payment according to ability to pay.
