Happy days are here again with Shin Koihime Musou. That's all I'll need.
With all these choices, I'll probably watch whatever ones "go away" after they've been out for a while, like Fairy Tale or Omamori Himari. I actually like it when they do, because I find that I never miss an episode when I know I have to watch it now or never, but I tend to fall behind when its not the case, and in many cases except for my absolute favorites fall so far behind that I just give up. |

There may be a little problem for those in South East Asia hoping to watch Kaichou wa Maid sama on Crunchyroll, an alternative though seems to exsist in Animax-Asia.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2010-03-18/animax-asia-to-simulcast-maid-sama-tv-series hopefully this wont inhibit CR's chances of geting the licence for the rest of us though, with that anouncement it's clear enough that Geneon Universal are willing to simulcast the series. |

I'm hoping for Kaichou wa Maid-Sama and Black Rock Shooter. Jwewlpet Twinkle doesn't look so bad.

I typically like to let a series accumulate a number of episodes before I start watching, so the fact that Fairy Tale's episodes become unavailable after 30 days knocked it off my watch list. I don't like watching series I either won't be able to complete, or have to pick up the beginning of some time later. That said, that seems generous compared to the very brief streaming window Strike Witches had. Omamori Himari's setup of the entire series going away 30 days after the last episode is aired is somewhat more sensible, since at least latecomers have a chance to catch up. I am not certain what the licensor's logic is behind these truncations, but I can only assume they are either looking forward to licensing for DVD release, or a better deal down the line for continued streaming. I just hope we don't end up seeing more shows with limited streaming windows with the Spring 2010 lineup. |

One Piece is a continuing series, not a Spring 2010 release, so you are off topic. 2. Funimation holds the streaming rights for the U.S. (and also Canada, I believe). If you are in the U.S., you can watch it there. Latest episode as of the time of this post is #442. 3. If you are outside North America, don't expect CR to try and obtain streaming rights to One Piece for your area, or non-U.S. nations as a package. For reasons I explained in an earlier message, it probably doesn't make economic sense. |

Wow, not only does the Spring line up include the Romance of three Kingdoms, it also has three other animes that are very loosly based on that story, must be one hell of a story if it can be recycled so many times and nobody seems to mind.
I have no idea which shows will be picked up, I don't tend to watch them here anyway even though I pay for premium. Hopefully the lineup is good. |
