Apparently, they moved the announcements to April 8. And there's only 5 new series for the lineup. Wonder what happened to the other 1.

So has anyone at Crunchyroll issued a statement explaining how the few shows they've announced so far, plus the very few that remain, come even remotely near 50%?
The numbers don't begin to add up. You will be nowhere near 50%, let alone above it. Not unless you have 7, 8 or really 10 or more announcements coming on top of what you've announced. And one show you announced isn't even an exclusive.
Misleading advertising is extremely disappointing and detrimental to the faith your users have in your service. I'm starting to wonder if I should let my membership lapse because of how poor the lineup looks right now.

I wonder if they are going to explain what is going on? I dont think it is a good idea to just live it as is without explaining what happened since we are paying to see these things. The least they can do is tell us why the anime line up has changed and why is is going to way it is. I am watching most of my anime else where at the moment but wish I was able to watch it here. I dont want to cancel my membership but as of right now there are only 2 shows that I watch regularly. That is not really worth it.

I think that the lineup changes because of the negotiations going on. I think that the other 2 series that were removed were not yet "approved" by the publishers. It seems that the publishers just says "no".

Ichiban Ushiro no Daimao is the only thing in the spring lineup that looks decent. If they don't get some more anime soon I'll probably quit my membership.

The two major shows that have yet to premiere are interesting ones but is that really all there is? 5 new simulcasts? for a total of 11?
WInter 2010 had 16
Fall '09 had 20
Summer '09 had 11
This place seems to be going backward, not forward. Can someone say something to convince me otherwise?

ah, I heard round-about via a little twitter bird that Funimation is about to announce plural simulcasts today or this week. I guess that explains the difficulty CR is having, there is now competition! And Funimation has licensing power behind them.
I wonder if CR will have to be partnering up with a licensor to compete.
The Haruhi announcement made me realize that Bandai doesn't actually have a good video streaming service out there, just sayin'.
