Meh, sooner or later they're gonna come up with an updated version of the 3DS so i'll wait for that instead of waste my money when it comes out next year .

uhmm... I wonder if I could watch hentai in 3d with it XD just kidding... they better making a fecking Pokemon game in 3d.... or a new megaman starforce or something like that... otherwise I will take a note from alquieda and Jihad nintendo XD

on a lighter note... the 3d ds sounds like a good idea, however I hope they don't repeat the same mistake they did with the virtual boy... damn thing gives me migranes... thougth I fecking enjoy the damn thing.... XD

anyways... it is not comming out until spring of 11, so I don't think is such a bad idea.... YET

wanting to buy one. But a 3DS is worth a PSP. And I think I better grab PSP than a 3D platform. D:

Nintendo seems to have a new ds product like every few months or so and half the time they are just a waste of money...

From what I've read about it, the 3DS doesn't seem to give headaches to users who normally suffer from them with current 3d tech. Plus, there's a hardware slider right next to the screen that lets you choose the amount of 3D that you, from full down to none at all.

So even if you're not completely thrilled about the 3D aspect, the fact that it's a DSi XL with a wide aspect top screen, a second camera, and an analog stick should be selling point enough.

Nintendo is a really great company, they sure keep their promise to make the newest invention. 3DS. Nice, but the prices is overrated. I prefer to buy a PSP or XBOX360. Though, the result is quite entertaining, 3D! You could imagine that!

Um...last I checked, there was no mention from NOA as to what the price would be. Most are guessing around $199.99 though. We know we'll be getting in March in the states and the rest of the world (sans Japan, as it's being released in February). Hopefully something will be known by then about the price.

For any users present that care, the Nintendo 3DS will be released in the USA for an MSRP of $249.99 on March 27 2011. This price will net you the Nintendo 3DS handheld console in either an Aqua Blue or Cosmo Black color with a telescoping stylus. Included with the package will also be a 2 GB SD card for use with the Nintendo 3DS console, and a cradle which not only increases download and upload times, but also act as the charger. Several paper cards will also be included that can be used with the 3DS and it's camera's that will allow you to play several different mini-games. Nintendo 3DS games will carry an MSRP of $39.99, although some places are attempting to charge $49.99 for select games, namely Gamestop and Amazon so far are doing this. The Legend Of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time 3D as well as Mario Kart 3DS (working title) are listed as being released by the time the E3 2011 event rolls around. Nintendo also confirmed that users will be able to watch movies on the console, although the means of doing so is currently unclear. A Virtual Console service of sorts will also be available that will allow users to download Game Boy and Game Boy Color games to their 3DS console. Finally, keep in mind that, unlike in the past, the Nintendo 3DS WILL be region locked for 3DS software, however, it appears that software from overseas for the Nintendo DS will not be region locked.

That is all. Thank you for your time.

I'll take a gamble and guess it will be more or less come in the form of some kind of app that is already on the 3DS (like the photo channel on the Wii) or it needs to be downloaded.

Well that will be interesting, but if there doing that then they should also add GBA games to that as well.
