One of the coolest looking female in Naruto! Love her so much. I think she's much better than Tsunade. But both still nice.
I love Ino in her Shippuden outfit. She looks totally great!
A filler character. I think I really like her design. Pretty epic and also nice. She looks beautiful in that fake form too. But still nice.

Sex appeal is kinda different from appearing attractive. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone but that's the problem with a large cast when people keep getting introduced, killed off, resurrected...but here goes.
The guys: Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Kakashi, Itachi, Minato, Deidara, Pain, Kabuto (the more twisted he gets...), Hashirama, Madara, Sasori, Neji...maybe Sai and Yamato in certain situations
The ladies: Konan, Tsunade
The jailbait: Naruto, Naruto's Sexy Jutsu, Sasuke, Kiba, Shikamaru, Hinata, Gaara. Guess it can't be helped since they take forever to age compared to their audience.
