That kinda annoys me. Granted he's one of the main villains now, it seems like Sasuke is by far the author's favorite character. So that aspect annoys me a little. But other than that, I don't really hate him. One thing I'll say that bothered me was recent events that I'll put in spoiler tags: Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide When Team 7 is reunited, it bothered me that Sasuke didn't seem to show a drop of caring for them. It seemed a bit much. I can understand all the hatred in his heart and him wanting to destroy Konoha but to show absolutely no feelings at all for the other Team 7 members seemed odd. If he wants to kill them to advance his goals, fine. But to not show even the slightest bit of caring for them annoyed me. He can't sit there and say that he never at any point cared about them because he clearly did. He's obviously growing darker and darker but when the met up, I was hoping for some, not a lot, but some signs of caring for Naruto even a little. And no not in some yaoi scenario. Just as Naruto was a past friend, rival and someone he may have saw as a brother. shrug

Naruto would've never gotten stronger without a rival such as Sasuke. The Manga still revolves around Naruto, and isn't about Sasuke just because there was an arc on him. It's easy to see that Naruto will remain the main character. He has a goal that needs to be accomplished & an unstoppable beast. Without Sasuke, Itachi wouldn't have really mattered. Orochimaru wouldn't be needed. Chasing Akatsuki would've been meaning less. Battle at the Valley of the End wouldn't have happened.

Member Darkside_Hero 45374 cr points Send Message: 33 / M / Dallas, TX Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 4/7/10 there were easier, better ways to do that rather than have a requisite "go to" baddy" for all of naruto's woes. the writer could have easily split all that up to other bad guys instead of having "God" Sasuke do everything. Not to mention that every bad guy that Sasuke fought was weakened, he had help, or they seemingly acted different when fighting him.
