Speaking is of course easy,but doing by your words is way difficult."Sacrifice" is a by-product or ultimate outcome when you step into a battle like circumstance with intentions to "protect"."Protect" at any cost,you care for nothing more,you mind no more & just jump into the battle.You may live or die.You never jump TO SACRIFICE YOURSELF,rather you GET SACRIFICED IN THE PROCESS.
You must keep in your mind that sacrificing yourself "READILY"might not fulfill the purpose,for which you have stepped into the battle.Sacrificing yourself readily is "JUST GETTING WASTED" & you know not who after you will fight for your reasons.You step into a battle with a burning spirit to fight or defend & may get sacrificed,as you know not the "future".So just be ready to fight for with you entire strength & pushing beyond your limits,not to readily sacrifice yourself,that's just DYING without FIGHTING.
Mostly people fight to protect their "FAITH"/"BELIEF"
Faith upon someone.

Faith upon God.
Faith upon yourself.
Faith upon nation/nationality.
