No they're not. Their just suspend their activities as agroup. Pause from a group activities doesn't mean disbandment.

I'm ok with them "suspending" activities as a group for now. It's better than watching them take separate flights to the same locations to perform as a "group".  Look, we have been preparing for this situation since the members were split on this lawsuit claim decision. But DBSK is still a family. And like any family, there are fights or disagreements that can lead to members not speaking or visiting each other for a while. Everyone needs to follow their own path for happiness and success. Sometimes separation is the best thing for each person to grow.
As a fan, I fell in love with Dong Bang Shin Ki the group, and eventually discovered a love for each member. So I will continue to support their solo activities. Of course it will feel different not seeing all five members together, but I always knew these young men were going to make moves in their lives that would not include their other members. Every human being has to establish their own identity. It's just sad that it had to happen because of this lawsuit. But no one ever said life would always be pretty. I believe Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu, Changmin, and Yunho truly care about each other in spite of this lawsuit, and one day this "tear" in their relationship will be "mended". But only when the time is right. And only God knows when that will be. Until then, I will watch them shine as individuals and wait for their reunion.

I agree with the others. They're just stopping their group activities for a while, not permanently
and IF (hope not) they're really disbanding, I'll still call them TVXQ and they will always be 5 in my heart.

HONESTLY "suspending" really does mean disbanding soon. i think as soon as the sales for the best collection album dies down they're gunna disband but DBSk will forever be the 5 most amazing men that ever hit the entertainment world and will live on in our hearts as pop group legends

There is a big difference between the word disbanding and pausing/stopping their activities. This just means that 'something' came up.. which caused it to be on hold.. And.. erm.. they will continue as one soon, hopefully.

well....i hate to be the bad news bearer as such (many of u might interpret it as bad news) but JJ, junsu and yoochun have formed a special trio and will b performing soon in japan!! im glad for them.....
now i don't really care abt them getting together to perform again, i just hope that the members (all 5 of them) have no ill feelings amongst themselves....

they're not disband actually, it's just a rumor...
i heard that they will continue on self-project...
junsu will release album on japan (it hasn't been released yet but you can find the mv of intoxication on youtube), while jaejoong, yoochun, and changmin are played a role in drama...
i heard that yunho and changmin will be back to korea to release new album this year, but i don't know whether it's true or not....
well, whatever happens, just keep the faith |

disagree...there are a lot of older kpop groups that are not together, but it doesnt mean that we'll never see them together again.
i know for a fact that dbsk members are still close.
they may not agree on the same things but it does change their what they have gone through together.

I agree with the few that said they disbanded. Because they stopped the group activities for a while, once their solo or trio works take off that will be the end for DBSK. But their legacy will not be forgotten by the fans and the hope for them to stay together will always be there. I wish it wasn't true cause they were better together cause each one of their voices sounded best when together. I hope they stay as brothers and friends to each other though.
