Take a reality check, luv, she deserved to be at the real prom just as much as anyone else. We're not in the dark ages anymore, love is love, no matter what gender. And until you can grow up and accept that, take your bloody bigotry and scram.
One person should not control the prom for what they want. She was selfish. She got what she wanted a prom and they got what they wanted a prom without her. I don't see the problem.

It's all okay, people! Ellen Degeneres came in and saved the day...
She gave this girl a bunch of scholarship money for college. And a vacation or something. (Ellen was oh so sad that she was being discriminated against.)
