I actually like it, don't get me wrong I know that it's cheesy/cliche/corny but it's actually fun to watch.

I haven't seen any of that corny stuff since way back in 2006. So it's kinda cool watching this, I've read comics and watch tons of stuff from Marvel from Spider-man,Captain America,Ironman, Hulk, Fantastic Four, Deadpool.

They practically mixed in all of the famous hero background into this main characters plot. Orphaned boy being raised by grandma lol Peter Parker (Spider-man) he lived with his aunt may. Aliens that invade other planets and take over their resources, pretty much Galactus and the Skrulls.

This anime will probably appeal more to the comic book/Marvel fans rather than your typical anime fanatic. If your looking for a new anime to watch but have really no interest in things like comic books or Marvel animations then I really wouldn't recommend this for you.

Im not one for the old classic type animation drawings but this one was well done.

I'm enjoying it too. Storytelling style is a lot more like American Comics than most Anime.

Short Arcs, lots of loose threads, events leading to the creation of new villains, etc...

Seeing Joey start to develop powers of his own is nice surprise too.

With the Origin Arc over we'll get to start seeing the world get fleshed out, plus the kind of character development Stan Lee is famous for.

I'm interested to see how Joey and Will develop from here and we still don't know who the chick with the guitar in the Opening is.
