nice series but seen it once myself and watched it again with my wife later . Don't think i will watch again , but if you have yet to see it i would deff check check it .

Well, this could be worth re-watching...except for the 8 episodes of the time loop in the second season. A good catalog title to have around for a rainy day.

I agree that the Endless Eight Arc was a little overcooked but it was an interesting failure if you step back from it. Few people seem to mention how damn good The Sigh of Haruhi Suzamiya was ... possibly the strongest arc in the whole show, in fact. Ok, if you don'y agree with that they were still great, surely, surely?
I'm freakin excited for the movie. No idea how long we're going to have to wait.
Anyway, props to CR for the Edit. I'm now just incredibly pleased that they've picked this up. A lot of people out there seem to have not seen it and are discovering the show thanks to this.

I never watched the sigh arc, stopped watching after 2nd ep of endless eight, probably will watch it when CR launches it just so I can say I watched it... most likely will watch the entire thing over again since I never grew to be a rabid Haruhi fan. I had too many cheer mongers around me saying how amazing this show was and by the time I watched it I expected it to be nothing short of a time traveler who caught actual footage of the resurrection of Christ... there were time travelers... but no footage... so I can say I liked the show but it wasn't a masterpiece in my eyes, but still very good. Maybe a re-watch will make me feel differently... I always find that stuff that grows on you after a re-watch is better than love at first sight.

Now that they have explained that the original announcement was mis-worded, and this is a catalog title that just happened to be nailed down in the middle of the simulcast roll-out in the first two to three weeks of a season {1} ... clearing up a lot of confusion ...
... if you've seen it before, and you like it, tell your friends you like it and they can watch it at Crunchyroll.
{Note1: as the CEO recently explained at AnimeVice, sometimes the first ep is in the can the day of broadcast, so sorting out the simulcast arrangements naturally take a back seat to actually getting the anime on the air in Tokyo! ... for some series, they have not even sorted out which firm in the collection of firms backing the project are in charge of international licensing until the second or third week of the season.}

Something weird is going on. I was able to watch it yesterday. But today i'm being served the wonderful "Sorry, due to licensing limitations, this is unavailable in your region."-message. Why, Crunchyroll? Did you only get a license for 1 day or something? Please explain this.
