yep you all knew it australia is famous for our "big" things from the big prawn to big pineapple but while your amazed at how cute kangaroo's and koalas are have you forgotten the more er.. deadly animals australia is host to

guess what this is? yep its tourists put into a 4cm thick acrylic hexagonal "death cage" and slowely lowered into a pool with one or two crocodiles. People who are willing to go through with such a scary experience are asked to sign a legal document, so it practically says if you die its not their problem (aint that reasuring?) so the main ideah is the crocs snap and try to bite the cage and you hope to god that you wont die. At 120$ a pop (160$, for 2 people) it's expensive to be put as live bait for a crocodile. The largest crocodile in a pool is 6 metres and theres one crocodile called houdini ,he's called that for being able to take bait by crawling in to cages (that isn't scary at all!). Along with this is south australia where you can go shark cage diving with great whites as they practically over crowd that place

i would like to hear of your wacky tourist stories or some wacky tourist attractions

sorry if my grammar sucked its because this was written at 3am i just found it interesting and wanted to post it before i forgot, and i was really tired

Don't triple post. Bumping is against the rules.

You should take more time to write your threads. The grammar and spelling is awful and gives the vibe that you don't really care.

Interesting attraction, nothing for me though.

I'd like to go one with sharks too if they had one =P

too expensive for me tho, maybe if it was like 40 dollars and they put a hot girl beside me that would be fun

I'm sure it's not really all that bad. The crocs would become accustomed to people going in the cage and eventually ignore them.

I wonder if those tourists know, but waivers that ask them to "forfeit their life" are as good as tissue paper... so if something DOES happen to the tourist, they have all the right to sue.

But going back on topic, something like that looks pretty crazy... I'd actually be willing to try it, but at the price, it just doesn't seem worth it. I'll reap more pleasure watching someone else shriek like a pansie than pay $120 for something like that.

I can't think of anything crazy, at the moment... but when I do, I'll share it.

Hells no! If you wanna get close to a big crocodile with only a glass box for protection, be my guest. Me? I'll just watch tv thanks

I don't like crocodiles. For some reason, I see a highly evolved snake in them
I'd rather see a koala
Posted 4/10/10
That's expensive. But I would so do that! Looks fun!

A crazy tourist attraction? I don't have one to share at the moment, sorry.

where i live there aren't many tourist attractions. it's kind of boring.

op your spelling is atrocious though. the first two paragraphs weren't bad, but as your post continued, your spelling got progressively worse...

I'd do it. I want an underwater shot though. I wanna see me with the croc otherwise I would have to tell people... which just isn't as believable.
