I am having similar problems the video on any anime since yesterday freezes about every 10 secs. I know that letting it sit and buffer will only give me about a minute of play time but even then it is freezing every minute or so.

I ran the ping tests and everything is normal got ratings of 3.5 and 3.6.

This seems like a latency issue on CR's end, even the site has been loading noticeably slower then usual.

You may be streaming from a server that is at least 3000 miles away from you so I would first suggest using OpenDNS's guide to change your DNS in hopes that you'll find a server that is closer to you. Instead of using OpenDNS's recommended addresses, please use Google's Open DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). After changing this, please re-perform the ping and trace route tests.

Also, your internet connection seems to be unstable which is most likely causing problems as well. You're going to have to do what you can to optimize your connection by running anti-spyware programs to clean your computer and make sure no other programs are open that would use your internet connection. If that doesn't help, you may need to look into upgrading your internet service.

Edit: Actually could be some routing issue in your area.
