Sleeping patterns

How many hours do you sleep per day, and do you have work/school to wake up for?

Sleep has always always been a bitch to me mainly because of college life. I would have semesters with classes first at 10 and then next day at like 2 pm.

Okay, after searching around I found something interesting. I fit all criteria for this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_sleep_phase_syndrome

This fucking describes my life so perfectly:

Attempting to force oneself onto daytime society's schedule with DSPS has been compared to constantly living with 6 hours of jet lag; the disorder has, in fact, been referred to as "social jet lag".

I'll be trying to slowly regulate my sleep pattern by advancing one hour per day over the next week. Hopefully discipline wins the day.

I don't have a sleep schedule really. Recently going to bed late again
I usually wake up either 5, 6 hours later or a 2-digit number.

I stay up late to finish all my work then I wake up early to go to school.
Weekends are when I fix up my sleeping pattern.
I have to have at least ... 55-70 hours of sleep each week.

i follow a sleeping time pattern.(i sleep around 11+in the eve..wake up 6 in the morning during class days and 10 during free days)
I used to struggle with insomnia..but im way better now--just bearing a mild pre-sleeping disorder (i couldnt sleep fast---i have to put myself to trance and some sleeping exercises...)
I envy those people who can sleep at anytime and anywhere they want to.

Don't really have a pattern, but I'm definitely not a morning person. No matter how early I go to sleep I still have trouble waking up before 10 am

My usual pattern: boner as I wake up (morning wood)
Posted 4/15/10
My body crashes around 3. (It's not sugar crash. It's just the time of the day.) A time that I really need a nap but instead have to go to work.
I sleep-drive, bitch. I sleeeeeeeep drive.

My sleeping patterns are different.
Weekdays i always wake up at 5am to study just before i go to university and go to bed by 12am as i do take a nap during evening time.
Weekends i wake up anytime between 9am-11am and go to bed as late as my body can let me without fainting in front of my laptop.

Well it's been the holidays for the past two weeks so i've been going to bed at 2am everyday. Start school again next week, who knows what time i'll be going to bed, SP is messed. I envy those that can fall asleep as soon as their heads hit their pillow.
