ohmygosh..that's exactly what's happening to me >.< ..
I have trouble sleeping at night..and so I sleep at like 3 and then wake up at 11 or 12.. : (
that's not good at all..

I only sleep three to four hours a night and its not bad. Well I also have insomnia.

I always wake up early at night and get tired towards the daytime.

I guess you could say my body wants to live like a vampire... I try to force myself into a regular sleeping pattern, but I always end up going back to being awake at night. I don't know what it is, but it's really annoying. Back when I was in school, I'd just sleep when I got home, then wake up in the early morning, like 1 AM.

I noticed that when I finally get my body to sleep at normal times, my days become 1 hour longer until finally I get tired at around 7 or 8 AM, and then it all resets again.

I guess I'm just a night person...

P.S. I'm up at 9 AM right now and I'm really tired, I made some good progress lately on my sleeping schedule... I expect it to reset after a while though. I'm trying to get my body to forget I need to go to sleep by distracting myself with the computer.

always go to bed between 11 and 3 and always wake up between 7 and 9, whether it's holidays or school

usually sleeping @ 5 AM, waking up during the afternoon 12/1 sometimes later, depending on holidays.

I'm a night creature, definitely.. can't help it.

I usually go to bed around 3am if I'm not working or haven't got anything important to do.

Wake up around 11am if I've gone to bed at 3am

Weekdays I go to bed around 1:30am and wake up at like 9am.

My day comes to life at night coz I work in the evenings mainly so....yeah I got time to have a f***** up sleep pattern.

I try to be in bed by 2am and i almost always wake up between 9 to 11 am. So i usually get at least 7 hours of sleep

i got to bed at 3 or 4am an wake up at 6 or 7am. if i get more than 4 hours of sleep i feel completely like crap an have a headache. its the perfect amount for me

Mine is messed up. It became this way thanks to me wanting to stay up as late as possible during the summer of 2005. I still remember playing Kingdom Hearts at around 11:00 PM and was playing until around 5:00 AM. My gosh, I was shocked and just as I was fighting and beat

Anyway I stay up usually until 3:00 AM-4:30 AM and I wake up at like 2:00 PM. Though on Saturday nights I stay up to watch all of [adult swim]'s anime night (11:00 PM-5:00 AM) and find it so hard to fall asleep after I finish watching InuYasha.
[Edit]As for when school is in session, I stay up late and end up getting like 5 hours of sleep. I once got less than 3 and a half hours of sleep and I was rubbing my eyes for an hour during first period Geography.

Most of you don't really seem to have any real issue with sleep.

I , myself , find that i sleep best between 7-9 am and 2-3 pm . If i go to sleep any earlier , i wake up an hour or so later . Thats when not having a bout of insomnia, in which I am awake for 3-4 days. The worst was a period of 12 days in which I was unable to sleep.

i have the worst time getting to sleep, most noises and any amount of light bug me, and sometimes when it's too hot or too cold i just plain give up and stay awake with my eyes open til i doze

so for me it's between 6-3 hours a night

except when i know i have to get up early, then i have some internal clock that makes me get up approximately an hour before im supposed to leave, kind of annoying but at least i don't need an alarm clock xD those things piss me off when they start beeping X_x

Sleeping pattern... I always sleep after midnight, like 1am-3am.. I tried to sleep at 11pm once and i just ended up staring at the ceiling for two hours I cant sleep before midnight at all..

In school days I sleep from 11:00 pm or later to 6:00 am, and I take naps on the afternoon
In weekends and holidays I sleep from 10:00 pm-11:00 pm to 9:10 am
so... I love to sleep
