Not really. But, only loud. And that applies to most old people.
And some old people are as quiet as a fucking mouse it's hard to hear 'em. :\

Because people have gone old, their hearing may not be as good as when they were young, therefore they will have a trick of senses thinking that they actually talk softly. As a result, they tend to talk a bit louder!
