If you add something new, like a race or technology or anything that needs explaining, put the information here.
Then, notify a mod so that it can be added to the contents which will be placed in this post.
This way, hopefully, there will be less confusion and misunderstandings, especially if people start creating their own races and materials.
A moderator will need to check any information, and when it is included in the contents, assume that means it is official.

Okay, not sure if L6CL wants to do this himself, but Ill do a brief one for now until he makes the post or tells me this is fine.

Elves
Generally taller and stronger than humans, with pointy ears. More magically gifted. Some are resistant to diseases and viruses, and they are generally long lived, though some lead lives as short as a humans, and others are deemed immortal.
Split into three typical categories: Wood, High and Dark

Immortals - (Can die, just don't age)
Immortals are immortal humans, as the name suggest. They can still be killed, they just won't die with the passing of time, most not even ageing. To become an immortal, a sorcerer needs to be very powerful, and have an intimate knowledge of how their body works, so they can stop themselves ageing and continue without any effort. Most immortals tend to be great healers. They are very, very rare. Very. Incredibly so.

Language
To make things easy, the most widely known language is called Common, quite simply. When speaking other languages, just write in English and make a note that you aren't speaking common.

Date
The current year is 1306 AG, and we are in SUMMER! (Dont ask what AG stands for, Ill go into that at some other point) There were years before though.

Ok just because chessu want me to make dwarves only..so yeah, i'll make that

Dwarves
Dwarves are likely look as halflings but a little bit taller and 'big'. The humans reconsidered dwarves as mountainous race who have beards and using axes but in reality, dwarves has it's own clans and different physical appearances. Majority of the dwarves live at the mountains, some live within wild forests but there is and advance tribe of dwarves who live in a floating city. They may have a kingdom of their own, some live within foreign kingdom.

Subraces :
* The Mountain Clans : The common and yet populous clans among all dwarven race. They have their own kingdoms and have many mountain top castles. Most of the dwarven community are miners, blacksmiths, forgers, tradesmen and merchant. The dwarves possibly are mighty warriors and defenders of their clans, so they can protect their kingdoms and most priceless of all, their treasuries...hoard of treasures inside.
* The Iron Clans : These clans regarded as friendly yet understandable of their dwarven race because they can lived within human settlements peacefully for a long time. Some of these subrace commonly mercenaries of human kingdoms yet exchange their technologies and interest for the best of the two races.
* The Sky Clans :There is a confederation of clans that have advanced technologies and tried to create their own kingdoms far from the mountains and even left their allied human settlements ....they are called the Sky Clans; who have Sky Castles, floating yet movable mega-city of the dwarves. the Sky Clans adopt Skyships; and air-craft tech; famous of their own clans for transportation and exploration.
* The Darkblood Clans : The warlike clans of the dwarves, As they are all equivalent to dark elves, the Darkblood dwarves lived in the vast complex of underground labyrinth within the mountains. As they share the location with the Mountain clans, their thirst of war and chaos made them hostile with the mountain clans.

Information - Magic
Magic fills the world and everything in it. While using it, people use magic stored in themselves and from the world around them, meaning most people can use small amounts of magic. When this magic is used up, it will slowly come back. When using magic for a prolonged length of time, people will find they will have to move to find fresh sources.

RACE - Gods
Gods exist as beings of pure magic in this world, and are unable to take on a physical presence here. In their own world they can have bodies, but because there is too much magic there, mortals cannot survive there. Gods cannot exist in our world in places with no magic. As they are beings of pure magic, their talents cannot be matched.

Information - Continents
The continent we are working on now is called Ter, a land of mixed environment. To the North is the frozen continent of Lun, filled with the hordes of the barbarian clans. To the south is the desert continent, Sol. Not much is known about Sol and it's peoples.

Subrace - Vampires
Appearance: Vampires are much paler than normal people, as they can't go in the sun. Their eyes are red and they have fangs.
Feeding: Vampires need to feed, completely draining a human completely once a week or feeding a few times a week and leaving their victims alive.
Strengths: Can hypnotise humans so they allow them to feed off of them and forget after. Are stronger and faster than humans. Never age.
Weaknesses: Sensitivity towards sunlight, they won't burst into flames but if their skin is exposed to the sun it will be like severe sunburn. Too much sun will end in death. Allergic to silver.
TURNING: Vampire's saliva contains a venom. If vampires bite humans and leave them alive, the venom will make them more vampiric for a few days until the venom runs it's course. If vampire take too much blood, the victim will become a mindless zombie, serving the vampire until death. If a vampire shares their blood with someone bitten, the blood and venom will mix and the person will turn into a vampire.

Information - Cult of the Bat
FOR PEOPLE TAKING PART IN MY NEW GAME THING
The Cult of the Bat is a small cult of vampires, who have spread themselves out, hoping to take over the capital cities of each kingdom. They are able to communicate using magic. They have no specific plans to take over the cities, choosing to each go their own way and use their own plans.
