I don't really like my voice, I think it's a little deeper then some girls but not that much. Then again, I'm must too negative about myself. I've had some odd responses regarding my voice...

A friend once told me she wanted to make money off my voice, should I be scared?

Yes...be scared.

when I've talked with people over the phone, they say I had a deep voice
listening to myself on a video makes me wonder how they could ever mistake that as deep lol
its not high, but its not a deep voice, somewhere in between I guess

For some reason when I hear my voice over a recording or something I feel like my sentence is pause-y. Like there are weird pauses between my words. I don't feel that way when I talk and no one's ever mentioned it, but when I hear myself I hate it.

I sound like an adolescent boy going through puberty.

Need any more details?

Low. Monotonous. Drowsy.

For some reason, my parents think my singing voice is alright. I think they're insane, personally. But then again, no one who's ever caught me singing ever insulted my singing voice, then again.

Of course, they never compliment it either, I suppose.

I have a very soft voice, much much too soft for my liking. I'm used to listening to it, so I didn't know myself until I tried tried leaving someone a voicemail and then listened to it.

If I had to describe it, its somewhere in between Ben Gibbard (The Postal Service, Death Cab) and Brian Molko (Placebo).

My voice is a B flat...Super deep with a hint of "I have a Spanish/Mexican accent up in here, esse".

I should consider joining a Chorus with that and provide the bass.

Mine sounds like the noted Alaskan humorist and author Tom Bodett. Those of you who don't reside in the USA won't recognize the name. Tom is the official spokesmouth for the motel franchise Motel 6. He may or may not leave a light on for you there.

I don't particularly like my speaking voice, I think it sounds low for a female and somewhat immature - I also think I sound horrible recorded. However, I work in customer service and talk all day on the phone and have quite a few compliments and people have said I have a "radio" voice; I don't know if that means I would sound good as an announcer or not...
I have always been pretty happy with my singing voice - in fact, I wanted to be a singer when I was younger. When I was in school I had many solos and was selected for competitions. My singing voice is a first soprano, so really high octave levels. As I have gotten older though, I can't quite get as high and my voice cracks, but I find that I can reach alto lower octaves much easier than I used to. My husband actually wanted me to pursue a singing career if I wanted to, but I think I am too shy to get up and perform for people.
Carols for Christmas at church is one thing, but even singing karoke in a bar makes me nervous...

Northwest American accent, pretty close to American Standard.

Expressive voice that tends to sound very staccato, to-the-point, and laconic. Generally a bit serious-sounding or grim tone, punctuated by abrupt periods of playfulness and teasing tones.
