When you are young- overweight. When you are done being pubescent and what not- underweight. I THINK. I was always underweight but now I'm not and I think I'd have a much harder time going back to being underweight than to get fat.

you get shoved to the ground unintentionally..... fall all over the place, can't lift things other people can.... and get viewed as weak or special.....

not to mention that you can't even gain weight even if you wanted to! [or maybe that's just me]

I mean... I eat tons and I don't gain anything..... And I have to gain weight...

Having been there when I was young, I know of what you speak.

That said, if you end up like me later in life, having to restrict your food intake, avoid any snacks, and still find yourself 10-15 pounds over your ideal weight, you may look back on those days with nostalgia. I know I do. That said, what I really miss were the days between about 17-26 when I attained normal weight, but could still eat anything I wanted, as often as I wanted (and indeed, had to do so to avoid becoming underweight again). Hopefully you will have some days like that ahead of you. If so, make the most of them.

I really think It's harder for the overweight. It's harder to not eat than eat a lot right? They have to strive to stay fit, like doing exercise and stuff. Some skinny people I know, usually eat twice what they should and doesn't gain weight or is still losing weight and complaining about it.

I think underweights have it harder.

Normal person: Haha! You're fat!
Overweight: At least I'm cute and chubby!
