Off the top of my head, I think it is Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner at 13:38. I have listened to parts of Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence by Dream Theater (at 42:04) but not to the entire thing at once.

Not sure about myself, but my boyfriend loves Dream Theater and he loves this one song by them called Six Degrees of Innner Turbulence and it is 42:04 minutes long. That's insane!
