I dont really expect this to last long, but a few helpful words of advice would be nice.

so im 17
and i weigh 105

im 5'7

:\

i want to get to 120 :\ but not sure how. :|
i eat regularly. :| and such. O_o maybe it's impossible?

im tired of people calling me anorexic D:

I think gaining weight with food and lack of exercise is bad. Try going to the gym and do some massive work-out. lol. wouldn't you rather have 5 lbs or kilos of muscle rather than 5 lbs/kilos of fat?

protein shakes, trips to the gym, drink lots of liquid
I was also in a similar situation, but when I got into college, one of my roommates went to the gym, so I'd tag along. I went from around 120 to 130 in 1 semester. I gained most of the weight in muscle too

i get to much crap from my relatives for being skinny. =_=

though i find it funny when you can see my ribs through a tight shirt

i agree, eat LOTS of protein, and things like steak
work out and go turbo!

start taking creatine, but use it moderately.
and just what JJ said, start taking in a lot protein.

For me the best kind of protein i enjoy is the stalk of
the broccoli... some of the best protein.

just incase u decide to change ur diet and u start
taking in salads, make sure the salads isnt iceberg lettuce.
All that is is basically green water, try to get romaine lettuce.

but about the usage of the creatine, dont abuse it like some people do.
It'll help u retain water in ur muscles as u work out ( if u do that at all )

kilos or pounds, which ever is used in the reader's country. USA = pounds Almost Everywhere else = Kilos. lol I like kilos better.

haha ^^ Gaining weight? Wow~ Just do what i do and over eat. OR go to McDonalds everyday and eat like 3 bigmacs =D

i have the same problem...it took me freaking forever to get up to 143 pounds and im 6'0" thats fairly light considering my height..you probably have a fast metabalism...i dont really have any tips on gaining weight just um keep eating and give it time i guess...
oh and i wouldnt worry about it...im actually the size and weight a person should be...its just that in a world full of fat ppl and steorid muscle heads you come off as really skinny...just rock what you got man..and let em all be jealous that ur actually a normal human size. not a mcdonald induced fatty

too much red meat is really bad for you....theres a percentage of meat that you eat that doesnt digest and you end up with crap stuck in your body...think of it as clogging the pipes...but when ppl die they generally have 20 pounds of undigested crap inside them.
john wayne had 40 pounds o_0 he ate a lot of meat....
