i have the same problem...it took me freaking forever to get up to 143 pounds and im 6'0" thats fairly light considering my height..you probably have a fast metabalism...i dont really have any tips on gaining weight just um keep eating and give it time i guess...
oh and i wouldnt worry about it...im actually the size and weight a person should be...its just that in a world full of fat ppl and steorid muscle heads you come off as really skinny...just rock what you got man..and let em all be jealous that ur actually a normal human size. not a mcdonald induced fatty

There is no magic way, you should just start eating a bit more than what you eat now. Don't do what fastfoodqueen94 here suggested and start eating unhealthy stuff and overeating, you'll just get more problems than what you have.

Proteins and carbohydrates are what will get you weight so food that has those are what you should eat. There are high amounts of proteins in meat, eggs, beans, milkproducts and soy.
Carbonhydrates you get best from bread, pasta, rice, potatos, vegetables and fruits
*edut* Oh yeah, anf fat of course: butter, oils ...

So if we look the food above: eat a bit of everything and eat it more than you eat now. It's a bit hard to say when I have no idea what you eating habits are or how much you exercis (?).

I never tried it...but they said this work, don't eat breakfast, have the period of time between your meals longer. and eat dinner later.

Best way to gain wait is eat at all the fast food place you can find and eat fast food at midnight. If you dont want to waste all that money just workout and get muscle which can help

protein, bye them power protein powder, make sure its all natural flavors so it wont jack you up, then work out, sculpt you up, hmm, but after you do this, theres no turning back, ones you achieve built body, you have to maintain it or you will shrink like a dried mushroom, so just drink milk lol, and then work out, power lifting
