If you eat regularly and still don't gain any fat at all, it could be because you have high metabolism. So as much as you eat you won't gain a single pound since your high metabolism burns energy really fast (btw High metabolism comes fom eating the right complex foods and exercising). Your metobolism will lower as you age so you might think that you abit under weight but as you age you get fatter and fatter lol without realizing.

But if it is not because of your metabolism, and you don't think you eat enough, go to mc donalds for a week and see the change or you can sit on your fat ass and play video games all day =P

thats weird i gain weight if i eat one to many chocolate bars in a day lol, im 6'4" 205lbs fat and muscle lol.

make sure to get atleast 2500 calories a day , try to ensure u take in more than u burn off
u should get a carb rich weight gainer and mix it in with a protein shake like the others said earlier, go for a whey protein drink. measure ur body weight in lbs take the number and change it to grams, this should be ur daily protein intake

on the creatine subject, go for it! i just bought a load and am about to use it for the 1st time ever. dont i repeat dont buy capsule always buy the pure creatine monhydrate powder. only take creatine if ur goin to the gym however

if u are going to go to a gym go 3 times a week with rest days inbetween each and do not do any cardio vascular exercise as this will burn ur body away.

dont do wat others sed and just pig out and sleep all day, u will get really unhealthy and it will be pretty crap, all ur weight will jus be fat

finally drink 2 litres of water a day and get approx 9 hours sleep

for people on this programme who need to GAIN weight you simply have TWO carbohydrate portions for your first three meals of the day.

ive done this programme a few times now, it makes you feel GREAT!

lolz..i have the same problem to..im like really skinny..
its in my genes..lolz..but my aunts and uncles..when they have babies or are in their thirty..just suddenly becomes fat..really scary..haha..
im 5'5..size 8..im 50 kilos i gues..i dunaw..havent checked..hehe..
i nvr get fat...im really lazy and eat alot..just like now..surfin the net wyl eating..lolz..
i feel sorry for my frends somtyms cos i can eat wenevr and watever i want...
wyl dey eat salads or watever cos theyre very concsiouis with their weight..

No wonder I'm not a skinny person then (not that I'm fat either :P) , I always eat before going to sleep. I can't fall asleep on an empty stomach.

yeah keep to the same diet just work out cause muscle is a lot heavier than fat you will gain weight that way but wont die of a heart attack

Maybe you should do some weight training. It'll build muscles not fat.

Just eat according o your normal 'eating pace'. You'll gain weight without being uncomfortable.

im kinda trying to gain weight as well believe it or not. ;O
but i dont want to cause i'll probably burst out in spots?
and if i dont i know im too skinny.
so i need to stay healthy yet put on weight?? hmm...
