not u direct, i mean in general girls tend to get weight obsessed at certain ages, mostly wanting to lose weight.
So ur kinda of lucky to be thin, maybe when u get little older ull gain little more weight.

Eat a lot of food. Good, yummy, fatty food. Like ice cream and cheese and sausage. If you live a very active life style and exercise a lot— don't. Take the bus, drive places, don't bother walking. Don't be unhealthy, just eat bigger portions until you feel like you're gonna burst more often, and exercise and burn calories less.

you should hit up the gym, and eat a balanced diet of grains, veggies and proteins. Try to avoid sugars and dairy.

hey i was like you. im 5'7, 17 yrs old and about 105 wgt. my weight is now 128 pds. all i did was to eat more meat, drink 3-4 glass of milk a day n go to gym.

Hmmm... after reading all this I say the solution lies in the middle.

Eat more fast food and start body building. That should beef you up a bit.. if that's what you want. Honestly, you've got middle age to get fat in, why not just keep your good diet and excersize habits and let nature take its course?

Do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups in the morning before breakfast. Drink something before you do the workout though.

Do crunches, do everything! Everyday.

After work-out you can eat. Eat salads..maybe subs. Something with vegetables.

MOST DEFINITELY EAT FRUIT!! D:<


Whoever is telling you to eat fats is a retard. You might gain weight and look a bit puffier but you don't know what it's doing to your arteries.

I get called anorexic all the time Lmao.. I eat and eat and eat and I never gain any weight xD It's sad T.T I'm 13 and I'm like.. 5'3 and 92 pounds o.o Try eating till you're full.

yeah well wen i was trying to gain weight for football i ate alot a lift weights i got bigger and gained 20 lbs.
