home schooling is mostly self taught and lots of assignments but it gives u so much freedom its so nice to be able to read books under the trees or go to a cafe and drink coffee and do school its so nice ^^

As someone who's spent the past three years being home-schooled, because of a medical reason, I highly prefer it over regular school. It is far more hands on than most classroom environments are. But, then again, I'm a nerd and care more for my grades than the whole social part of school itself.

ok so this year about 3 months ago i dropped out of my school and started to be homeschooled schooling is actualy alot better by my opinion but its harder cause ur pretty much on your own and the thing about home schooling is that you end up with alot of time on your hands so that thing about if you go to home schooling your not going to get any "socialization"is all bull for me any way so what do you think would you rather be home schooled or public school

From how you keep replying to people's posts on preferring public schools to home schooling. You aren't really looking for an opinion are you? You keep trying to convince other people that your way is "better."

There are advantages and disadvantages to both, just like anything else in life. What works for you doesn't necessarily work for others.

Gawd, that last part sounded so cliché. I hate that they work though.

That aside, I prefer public school. I don't do any work either way, so I like it mostly for socializing, i.e., dating.

Part of the reason of why I quit school is the people around me. I always loved to learn new things but nowadays I can't. I don't have money to get a home tutor but I would love to if I had money.

Public school. If your home schooled, you won't get to talk to many people. You'll never get to work in groups. It just won't be the same. Yes, you learn the same stuff. But you need to socialize!
