Kinda both actually?
public school you can make loads of friends and have social interaction
but in home schooling you can concentrate better in your studies
so yeah, pretty much half half lol

I did home-school for high school. The only benefit in it was that I was able to graduate from high school one year early. But other than that, I really missed out on a ton of public school experiences. I didn't get to go to sports games or any dances. It was also really hard for me to make new friends or to find time to hang out with the ones who went to a public school. So, public school all the way dude!

I would have to say neither.

Personally I don't like the concept of homeschooling, becuase you're pretty much in charge and it gets boring after a while. and if you're homeschooled from the start it's harder to make friends and social relations (unless your parents are extremly involved, and that's not the case alot of time.)
But homeschooling is better then public school if you can handle it succesfully.

Public school: the education is crappy! (Maybe I just had a bad experience) I tried public school one year and there were no discipline what-so-ever, the teachers were dull, uninspiring and stressed out, the entire education was shallow and the classes were way too big.
I felt sorry for the teachers they had to endure so much...

I went to private school, but I understand that's not possible for all since alot of people can't afford a good private school...

I think I'd be better suited to home schooling.
