As a fair amount of other people here on CR I'm having problems with 720p vids aswell.
When I try to watch any 720p video it idles fora bit and then shows the "exclusive stream for *username*", sometimes it starts right away and sometimes it takes forever but there's always lag - the video stops for a few seconds and then starts again, this usually happens twice a minute which is pretty much unwatchable tbh.

Box info:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40GHz
4 GB RAM
32-bit Vista
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
400 GB free space on my C:/

Using Google Chrome 12.0.742.112 and The latest IE (both of them having the same issue)

For the past week or so, I've been having issues with 720p as well. It sometimes takes a while to start after clicking the link, and even if it begins shortly, it stutters every 2-3 seconds or so [you can imagine how frustrating this can be to watch a show]. The only solution I have, at the moment, is to start the file and then wait a good while for everything to buffer.

Just chiming in With everyone else. I have been unable to watch any video in any quality for about two weeks now. I have meticulously gone through your video help guide and tried everything you recommend, to no avail. No matter what video I play, how many times I refresh, at any resolution, in several browsers, I cannot stream content at more than around 55KB/s. Not enough to do anything. I have tried several different DNS servers. The ping and the trace don't look good but I don't know what else I do about it. I doubt my ISP would do anything, they probably can't. I have no problems streaming HD video from other sites, ie. youtube, netflix, apple, etc. I love Crunchyroll and I hope I can get this resolved. Thanks.

I've been having persistent video playback issues that have gotten significantly worse of late. Video will play for a minute, maybe a little more and freeze. It will freeze and continue several times throughout any episode of any anime, though some are better than others. Thought maybe it was a speed issue, but speed here has never been good and the problem only started within the last couple of weeks.
I've tried the suggested fixes without result.

I'm experiencing lots and lots of bufferings in videos today. They play for 2 to 4 seconds, pause, 2 to 4 seconds more, pause. Until yesterday everything was playing fine though, and nothing changed in this computer. Here are my test results:

I've been having this problem only with Naruto and Durarara.
The audio works perfectly but the video only changes frame every 3 seconds or so.
On 720p. The same problem is on 480p but the fps is slighter faster.
I looked up several other anime and they all ran perfectly. Also this isn't a problem with specific episodes but the whole series.

I'm having playback issues on SD and 480p videos, ironically 720p works fine, but i can't watch 720p all the time since my internet speed is not fast enough to play 720 without interruptions. I have to move the mouse around while playing SD and 480p videos in order for the video to play smoothly, I have come across some SD and 480p videos that I am able to play without any problem but the majority of the new and some old videos I have a problem with SD and 480p playback with.

PC specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
GMA X4500MHD
Adobe Flash player 10.3.183.5
Intel Dual Pentium Processor 2.3 Ghz

Edit:
I was able to resolve my video playback problem by unchecking Hardware Acceleration on Adobe Flash Player's setting.
Anybody who encounters the same or similar problems that I experienced should try unchecking Hardware Acceleration on Adobe Flash Player's setting. Now I have no problem with video playback on SD and 480p videos

I'm experiencing, when watching a stream, and only has the streaming going, the streaming is limited to only 1 Mbps, and it happens occasionally. As far as I can see, it shouldn't be my connection, but something else. (sure.. it's never the users fault )

This has been a constant problem for me since about August 1 (so around two weeks now). Doesn't matter what computer or device I use.

My primary device is a GoogleTV but I'll give all the stats from my workstation since it's seeing the same problems.

Can't get the pingtest.net test to complete. The applet keeps crashing on me :-/

The rest of the requested information though is as follows:

I am having issues too, can play about 1/2 of the episodes and then it freezes up and I have to refresh the whole thing. I have a speed of 18.86 and a ping of 14ms... I am running Windows 7 ...64 and google chrome. going to go try to play this on IE which I loathe using due to all the popups... and to tell the truth I am new to this a friend talked me into setting up my trial so I can see how I will like it, and so far I am kinda hoping that I will see more than this. I like it don't get me wrong, but the freezing up is just not good for me. Please help

**since then, I have watched 1 1/2 shows (Hanasakeru) and I have had to reload the page 8 times. This is really bad. IE didn't change anything, if anything it got worse.

The dues ex commercial is stopping and not returning to the video I keep having to reload and watch through another set of commercials. Also the audio on the commercials is still really loud with no way of lowering the volume.
