Im closing my trial account as soon as i post this. thanks.

When playing a video at full screen, and I get to the next episode, it will load a new webpage and I'll need to set the screen back to full again. Just a bit annoying as I have to get up and change the settings again.

This episode is unnaturally short and is cut off prematurely. You've got this with length of 27:34, but you can tell by watching the last few seconds that 27:34 is not the intended episode length as it cuts off abruptly in the middle of a discussion without any closing credits. Also, most episodes in this series are 30 - 33 minutes long, so at 27 and a half minutes there are several minutes missing. Not sure there's anything you can do about this, and it's not a big deal, but thought I'd report it just in case there is, since maybe no one else has bothered reporting it.

Not sure if this is happening to all of them as I am only up to episode 26 but I know it is only bleach because I am having no trouble with any other series.

StrawHatLuffy23 33067 cr points Send Message: 22 / M / Canada Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 10/2/12 had problems streaming vids in any quality. kept pausing randomly and wouldnt play again unless i skipped to another part of the video and then it would do it again. made me mad cause i got 50mbps connection with shaw and it shouldnt have any problems at all even with 1080p. but then i looked at the video troubleshooting page. nothing worked til i saw the change dns stuff. changed it to opendns and no problems anymore. anyone with shaw internet having problems. i say try changing your dns.

Can you provide some more detail on the specific episode number and at what time during the episode this happens? Or does this happen throughout the entire episode? I just checked a couple episodes of Bleach (7 & 26) on my Android phone and did not see any problems with the picture.

hickey1992 7676 cr points Send Message: 20 / M / England Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 10/3/12 Well it varies. Some episodes have very little of it but some are almost unwatchable for me. Every episode up to 26 at least has had it to some degree for me. The picture freezes on a certain frame and the audio and subs continue, then the picture goes static and you might see tiny flashes of the scene it should be playing and eventually it corrects itself. Not quite sure what to do because if it is only happening to me then I have no idea what could isolate it to just the one show.

Some Android devices it works absolutely fine, others not so much. I believe that BK has it on his list of things 'To Do' to re-encode pretty much all of Bleach. So we're aware of the issue and will fix it (as soon as we're able!)

I know that different android companies have different quality codecs installed. HTC usually has the best support and best playback of video formats, while I have read that Motorola has had issues in the past with their codecs being able to properly decode h.264 content.

There is a problem with some Galaxy Notes that causes dark scenes to produce artifacts.
