The other sad thing...this 500cr bs. Here, since customer support won't do anything I've got to create god knows how many posts just to vent on CR to get support. Peachy, CR, Peachy

First video I tried to load tonight started having problems 30 seconds in.

EDIT: I loaded up wireshark just to see what it looks like, I simply stop getting packets. I can log the interaction and send it to you if that would help.

I here you. I've contacted support many times and they've always completely denied it's anything but my fault. You really should report them.

I've tried these methods, my problem is this:

Whenever I open the screen with the video (i.e. the coming HxH episode) it will force full screen and on the top say that it has been triggered by CR Queue.0, when I press F11 or ESC to get out of full screen it just has it in full screen taking up the chrome browser, which won't allow me to do, well, anything. Just a black screen.
This is just before the fullscreen happens, once it happens I can't see anything but the video and it will sometimes just be a black screen, I don't know what causes it.

I am not sure how you managed to install my extension without knowing it. The fastest way to fix this would be to go to your extensions page and either uninstall it or disable it. Thank you for pointing out that bug though, I had not tested it on pages which had the countdown instead of an actual episode, I should fix that.

I'm having issues with videos not playing/loading. If I watch above SD, they just never load, and if I watch in standard, they load a second or two before skipping. This was working last week with no issues. I live near Dresden, Germany. My problem exists across multiple browsers (I tried in Opera as well) and across multiple user accounts. (I made a new one to troubleshoot.) I tested this on my tablet in firefox as well, and it did not work there either. I have not tried the Crunchyroll mobile app yet as I have had problems with playback in that in the past. I have not had any changes or updates to my computer since it was working (except a flash update in the middle of troubleshooting the problem. As the issue existed both before and after the update, I doubt it means much.)

Windows 7, 64 bit
Firefox 19.0
Flash version 11.5.502.149
AMD A6 1.5GHz Processor
4.0GB ram
AMD Radeon HD 6520G and an AMD Radeon HD 7670M. The first is my primary and likely what Flash will be using
22GB free on my C: drive.

A speed test shows a download speed of 12.75Mbps and upload of .95Mbps

Yes there is something wrong with the videos. I tried to watch Shugo Chara episode 32 it won't load at all as it stayed only a black screen but then after refreshing the page couple of times it worked but then, it got stuck at the advertisement. And I couldn't watch it.

Please fix this problem!

Watched earlier today, smooth as silk, no problems. Watched later on, can't see anything, stutters and pauses after 10 seconds.

Last support reply I got was 10 days ago, is that it for me then, no more help?

I've been getting random pauses and major stuttering, too, without any change on my end from watching things just a couple weeks ago without any problems. I'll toss up hardware and test results in a couple days if the problem continues, but for those with the issue, you're not alone.

I too have been seeing some freezing lately. After I refresh the browser window things resume, at least for a bit.
