Seriously. How many users(i.e., complaints) will it take(premium users, at that) before CR addresses this issue(stuttering and freezing)?

To those who say to edit your settings and/or just use the PS3 app, this issue has only arisen recently(without any changes to my/our local network/connection) and seriously?! it's OK for an app that's only been out for several months to work(though it doesn't, not flawlessly) but not the system that's been in use for YEARS?! gtfo....

I'm not a paid premium user at the moment -- just a leecher -- but I wanted to add to the reports here about buffering, freezing, and stuttering. I'm only streaming on SD quality and it's freezing up quite a bit lately. Some stats on my rig & Internet connection:



Internet: Bonded 50/10 cable connection.
Computer: Desktop, Win-7 64-bit, 12G 1333 RAM, Quad-Core i7, 250G SSD, Mid-line Nvidia GPU.

Computer is hard-wired to the modem. Not using Wi-FI for this connection to stream. The video freezing began about a week ago and hasn't really improved much. I can't find any logical pattern to it.

I can't even get Crunchyroll to play on my PC since yesterday afternoon, although it works fine on the PS3 (not my preferred method of viewing since it disturbs my spouse when I can't wear headphones while watching). I've been through all of the troubleshooting and it was shown that nothing was wrong with my connection, PC (all high-end components), etc. This is getting really frustrating, especially as a paying customer.

I'm glad to see that the latest season doesn't seem to be stuttering at all. Of course, anime released last Spring, Summer, Autumn and parts of Winter still stutter.

ok i see it just not me with this frezzing and buffinrg stuttering is not just my computers. i sent in a ticket for it the all the show i have watch on all my computer do that same thing both at work and at home have to refresh the page to get the video going again. its like the server is cuting connations to us before we finish watching a show.

These issues arise on a nearly daily basis... I have no problem at all streaming 1080p on pretty much any other site. It would seem y'all are unable or unwilling to address the situation.

It seems better today. So far no buffering/stuttering at 1080p.

Edit: Spoke to early it's stuttering again, not as bad as yesterday but definitely stuttering.

I just joined a week ago, and this is the first time I've had problems. Can't watch my shows due to constant buffering. I even let one sit for a half hour to preload but that didn't work, it only played for 2-3~ min before running into the buffer again. Just letting you guys know.
