I haven't been on here long, but our family has already found a show we can all enjoy. Yumeiro Patissiere is an adorable show about a girl who enters a special academy to follow her dream to become a pastry chef like her grandmother had been. While there she meets a "Sweets Spirit" and partners up with to reach her goal (meeting friends with other Sweet Spirits along the way) The show is obviously targeted at a youth to teen viewer group, but we are finding it enjoyable enough for the whole family. Maybe it's because we love to bake sweets in our own home (or maybe the show just makes us hungry?). I highly recommend this show though for those who may be looking for an all age group show or perhaps to ease someone into anime who may have the idea that it's all targeted toward adults.

Here's a show I really liked that's streamed here on Crunchyroll, I've included my review & the show's streaming link...

SHANGRI-LA (2009), 24 Episodes

It's Stranger in Paradise, but Worth the Visit...
By glipscom on Jan 5, 2010

3.0/5 Storyline
3.0/5 Music
4.0/5 Characters
4.0/5 Animation

SHANGRI-LA makes Interesting use of "Carbon Cap & Trade" and it's various fallout as a dramatic vehicle. A fusion of cyber sci-fi and mythic fantasy, with a little Earth-Mother environmentalism thrown in. A pretty good, if not overly-quirky, set of characters, the right amount of action & mystery. The
story + character wrap-up strikes a better balance than many other anime series.

I recommend SHANGRI-LA. Watch an episode or two, I think you'll enjoy it...

I should have mentioned it awhile back, but Sis and I did win Tickets to a VAMPS concert here on Crunchyroll back in July. They're always doing contests and stuff and you don't have to have the premium membership to get involved in it! Cool stuff
