I signed up for the 14 day free trial. THIS is day 14.

THE DAY THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE

WHY does it say my next billing date is NEXT month??

IF I CANCEL NOW WONT I LOSE MY MONEY ON A ***** ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP?

THIS IS IRRATATING ME. ANSWER MY POST.

You started the Free Trial on 04-21-2010 and it expired on 05-06-2010 at which point it automatically renewed. So now you have purchased a full month of membership and you will lose the remaining days if you cancel now. If you would like, I can disable it from automatically renewing so that you can utilize the remaining time without being charged again.

I've disabled it from renewing as requested. As for your questions, you can think of it like any other bill you receive like a Cable bill. You aren't asked if you'd like to continue, you just keep being billed until you cancel. You must have overlooked it but this policy was stated during the sign up process and in the confirmation email:

"When your free trial ends, your subscription will be renewed according to the plan you choose. To avoid being charged, simply cancel the free trial from your account settings page at any time during your free trial."

As a free trial, shouldnt we get all-access instead of anime or drama? I was watching Hon, in the drama section and then I get to episode 7 and it says I have to wait 7 days until its available to everyone or upgrade my subscription.

I go to do that and it says I cant upgrade anything because I already have the free trial for anime!!

I liked this site better when you didnt have the goofy split between the two sections. Much simpler back in 2007...

Edit, I just cancelled it and subscribed to the all-access sub. Ill probly cancel in 30 days though.

You are an Anime Member so you have full access to our Anime videos at this time. There is no difference between the capabilities given to people with a Free Trial and those who continue on to pay for the service though there are currently 3 different membership type which you can read about here:

720P is only available when we receive a HD source video for the episode. This currently only happens with many of the shows we Simulcast, like the following one for example:

So, as I said, no new features are enabled after you start paying.

I want to cancel the 14 days Trial Premium Membership, but it is always saying: "You cannot cancel your free trial while your billing information is being validated. Please try again at a later time." My billing information is valid! But I wrote an email why I want to cancel it and it is all explained there (Until now, nobody answered to this mail). Do I have to wait 24h until I can cancel it or what is the reason? It was said, that you can cancel it anytime!

Hope someone of you CR guys can help me out!!!

I don't see any email sent to [email protected] but, to answer your question, everyone needs to wait up to 24 hours for their billing information to be verified before they can cancel. Though, I'll PM you instructions on how to cancel it now.
