Actually Funimation is legal as they have licensed one piece for years, probably since before it was shown on Cartoon Network.

If CR decides to sub One piece and either only allow premium members to watch it or only allow normal members to watch each episode a week after it airs...then hell no, I'm staying with funimation. Can't afford to wait a week.
