I can cook. But for some reason my brownies always turn out strange. The are the only dessert that I regularly leave flour out of.But even with different recipes and flour my brownies are...unusual

I love to cook! I just have a hard time deciding what to make. My family likes to make food from around the world. We've got cook books for French, Kosher Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indonesian, German, Russian, Jewish, Romanian, Irish, Spanish, Latin American, Indian, Vietnamese cuisines and a lot more. I love sampling them.

I can cook, but I do so very rarely and usually have to look at recipes, simply because my mum is such a good cook (she used to be a cookery teacher and was taught how to be a chef de cuisine). When I leave home (the time isn't that far away) my mum will teach me basic home economics and cooking. I really like food. Recently I had a really nice tajine, and I'd definitely want to learn how to make something like that.
