Just because a character is flamboyant or effeminate, doesn't make them gay. Your assumptions based on the appearance and personality of these characters is both insulting to actual homosexuals and annoying. You are stereotyping based on mass media portrayal of gays and that's just stupid.
Plus, they aren't necessarily real, thus they have no sexuality.

I don't know much about flamboyant...
But it is so that if your mind is set you can turn any character gay.
