One Piece. There are so many scenes and events in there that would make you CRY. Literately. It does. I suggest you go watch or read it if you don't know what I mean.

Elfen Lied.
All the manga seemed to do in every chapter was have a depressing moment in it. It was so depressing that I dropped it. I mean, there is a point where sad scenes can be too much if abused. I like a good emotional story as much as the next guy, but Elfen Lied made it seem like there was NO hope. Let the reader have a little sense of happiness and hope for the characters... :\
