I've worn glasses since I was in middle school. You don't have to pay much for them! I bought mine from an online overseas place, only $70 for transition lenses (and I think only $40 for normal polycarbon, probably cheaper still for clunky glass). Plus, everyone should wear real sunglasses outside all the time anyway, whether you need a prescription or not so you still need to buy good UV-shielded sunglasses anyway.

I'm not interested in laser surgery, either. I'm already middle-aged, and I'll probably need reading glasses/bifocals in 8-10 years anyway. So, let's see $2K for laser surgery to go 10 years without normal glasses? Or buy maybe a couple more pairs of $70 glasses? Yeah, I'm going with the latter. And glasses look cool anyway. My thin rectangle frame ones are awesome: makes me look older and more distinguished (I need all the help I can get). Guys look sharp and girls look cute in glasses.

Glasses probably. Plus, glasses can look both cute and hot on people!

Glasses. Don't wanna poke my eye and contacts seem easy to lose. One of my friends kept losing them and forgetting to take them out for bed.

I can't stand things getting close to my eyes, so I've never bothered with contacts.

I wear both colored and clear contacts plus glasses (regular and prescription sunglasses). I think it all depends on the situation, contacts are better for your eyes in terms of vision since the focal point is closer to your eyes vs glasses. However, most people don't take care of their contacts so they may be prone to infections and eye irritations. Glasses are easier but if you are activity they aren't convenient.

I wear color contacts when I want to make a statement, clear for everyday and my glasses for when I'm either being lazy, sick, or feel like wearing them (stylistic choice). When I wear my contacts more my vision gets better and when I wear my glasses more my vision get worse. The Optician said that's normal and will stop sometime in my 30's but as long as it's happening, I'd rather have my vision have a better starting point before old age eyesite starts.

I have no interest in letting a laser get anywhere near my eyes.

It's hard to put contacts on for me and I'm prone to lose/ruin them so I have to go with glasses, though it does make my eyes worse much more quickly overtime. I tend to just wear em if I have to only.Hopefully one day I'll be able to put on contacts though!

I didn't like contacts. Daily-disposables cost too much and monthly-disposables, because they aren't permanent, sometimes tear and it is a real hassle. I love my glasses.
