You can't spot reduce...despite various marketing claims. But before that it would be helpful to get to know some of your circumstances. There is no perfect diet for everyone.

One is your metabolic typing, how much meat do you eat and how do you feel when you haven't eaten meat in a while?

How much time do you have and how much weight do you want to lose?

Do you have a budget for food?

What is your schedule like?

Do you have access to a bike/treadmill?


I eat alot of meat, almost everyday some type of meat. Is that bad?
I rarely go a few days/week without meat and I get strong cravings if it goes too long without it. I have no excuse but the 'I am African *unapolgetic shrug to her addiction of red meat*"

I'm size 8, 8 stone basically and I wouldn't say I'm fat but my stomach is kinda pudgy and I have no idea how to slim it down/tone it.

Very little budget on my food if it would help with my toning

And I can't ride a bike
I can if it helps start jogging if that counts

I eat fruit whenever I get hungry between meals (so if ur gonna put on weight, it might as well be from something healthy) and try to drink more water than anything else..wash my face three times a day. No soda.

drinking a lot of water, especially before meals helps you to lose some weight and is very good for your skin. having a hot bath with some ginger can also help you to relax and lose some weight and eat lots of fruits as well, like grapefruits, grapes and strawberry.

Brush your teeth and use baking soda, there's a lot to be said of a smile.
Skincare is not my forte.
Working out is working out.
And don't forget to wash behind your ears!

I wonder why no one mentioned the godly-like honey. Now THAT does wonders on ANY type skin. Apply it when you wake up and before you go to bed, for 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water. You'll notice the results after the first day. You'll see that the impurities will disappear and it will obstruct them from reappearing. Also a 2-4 times a month facial treatment, is the mask which consists of honey and 4 well-smashed aspirins. Stay with it for max 10 minutes then wash it off.
Try these two regularly and you'll see the results in no time.
