Hi all,

a few months back it was the case that naruto episodes would simulcast and immediately be available for premiums, and one week after airing there, the video would become available for the general public (albeit with ads). This I supported, stopped downloading fansubs, and became a premium member. After I year I stopped since I started to watch only irregularly since there were fillers, but now noticed the main story proceeding.
My membership was stopped in the mean while, which brings me to my point:

I cannot watch most of the recent naruto episodes even though they were released well over one week ago.

What gives? I have tried both in the Netherlands and Switzerland where I'm currently visiting. Is this a conscious choice or a technical malfunction?

We have limited rights for Naruto Shippuden in Belgium, France, and Switzerland. If you are in these locations, you need Anime Membership in order to watch the Naruto Shippuden since it is blocked for Normal Members.

I believe you should be able to watch it if you are in the Netherlands though. Did it say that it's not available in your region when you attempted to watch Naruto Shippuden when you were in the Netherlands?

I think so, but I might be wrong; I'll check again when I get back in a few days Thanks for the reply!

I tunnelled crunchyroll through NL and indeed non-members could watch the older episodes for free; you were correct BasouKazuma. Sorry for the false alarm!

And renewed my membership
