I dont really want bleach on CR unless DB is gonna handle the subbing, cause ive seen the subbing for CR on some other anime, and its just not up to par with fansubbing.

No thanks. After what the Naruto subs have done with "cripes" and toned down translations, I absolutely do NOT want Bleach to be absorbed into this facade. No offense, but your quality isn't that great and half of the subs are very childish. I'd rather have DB sub it. It's what the fans are used to.
No, I have nothing to do with DB. This is just my opinion.

Honestly, I'm torn. I'd like to see a legitimate method to watch my favorite anime. DB has done a great job for some time providing a timely service with a good translation. When they stopped with Naruto, I tried watching on Crunchyroll and Hulu, only to be disappointed by sub par translations. I'm more than grateful they didn't did try to dub it. I'm back to another fan sub site to get a decent translation, with opening and closing karaoke. I don't think I can sign this. I don't think it will live up to expectations.

Those are defending DB, how many of you have checked out alternative fansubbing services? There might not be too many doing Bleach, but there are a few. If DB drops Bleach, another company will pick it up. Before you instantly jump to DB's defense, at least explore and give alternative Subs a chance.
Allateup sounds like he he's got a hardon for DB.

I don't have the time or the ability to sit online and watch a stream of a program, or the desire to download a low quality copy of any program. watching naruto, two episodes on here. the copies i have downloaded from other sources are much higher quality. plus i can watch them later when i don't have access to the internet. like in a couple of months, i won't have access to the internet on a reliable basis for 12+ months while working.
so it's more reliable for me to download something i will enjoy, to watch it.

that shit aint flying in my book that should be grounds to sue or w/e cr is doing to make db stop doing there subs

I signed the petition, and I really hope that Dattebayo is asked to continue being involved in the subbing.
They give the best English translation that captures the essence of the dialogue, that can be lost in general translation.
They also provide explanations in the subs, where necessary, that help you to understand the meaning of some of the jokes, as well as other aspects.
DB has always provided good quality English subs and should continue to be involved with subtitling Bleach should this petition go through.
It's unfortunate that they're not involved with doing Naruto anymore, but c'est la vie.

Dude calm down it's just a show, db is awesome i know, but sometimes things come to an end. Already signed.
They need the people who did Gintama's subs they were pretty good, now that Gintama is not on anymore, if they are not letting db do it of course.

CR isn't "Making" DB do anything. DB would be free to continue subbing if they wish. They just think it would be pointless so they're going to drop it. If you have a problem with that, you should probably talk to DB about it, as they are the ones backing down freely.
