Because I'm a in a masochistic mood I'm a looking for utterly bad anime to subject myself to. I'm terrible anime that are so bad it's painfully to watch. Anime that would make you want to read My Immortal in order to feel more cultured.

All dubs. Watched Strawberry Marshmallow disk 1 today dubbed and they changed some of the lines. It was painfully obvious in the difference in the lines. Why they bothered is beyond me. I guess they don't count on anybody putting in the work to READ!! Another peeve of mine is the use of women attempting to sound like children and failing. I could have sworn that Miu's voice changed from disk to disk.
Just in case anyone's interested, Miu and Chika were both in Ana's closet that's an entirely different room. Miu noticed that Ana (who's 11 and Miu is 12) has a bra in her closet and looked depressed for a second. Next Miu got the bright idea that if Chika slapped Miu on the back a few times that her boobs would just "pop out" Miu then looks down into her shirt; (in the subbed version) Chicka says "they're not going to pop out", and the dubbed version has Chika saying "It's not going to work". That's too vague if you haven't seen the subbed version first.

You just get lucky with a good dub, maybe 30% chance it will be good. I've had some that the VA wasn't the best but the scripting was Great, check out the old Tattoon Master dub and Devil Hunter Yoko series.
As far as Disney goes, the Miyazaki works have been very good, one day they may even admit they outright ripped off Kimba, but until them let them continue to try and placate us with his films.
