What do you think about a guy dating an older girl?

It's awesome! Older women have the maturity level that I desire in a relationship and that every girl my age lacks. Right now though, I can't really see myself dating someone more than 5 years older than me, mostly for the biological clock reason. I mean, chances are, life goals would be the same, however I would have to play catch up and reach my goals a few years sooner than expected, and that's a lot of pressure!
