i am a premium member of cr and i have crunchyroll on my ifuse 4g i logged in to my account and when i press member stuff it says im not member pls tell me y?

I just want to say that the Bleach and Naruto apps work great. flawlessly even. it could use a resume option in case of streaming being cut off. however the actual crunchyroll app has connectivity issues on the 3G side of things where the other two do not. i am going to be paying after the trial period because what you guys have done is awesome. but would like to see these issues resolved like they are for the Bleach and Naruto apps. i haven't checked it now after the update today so these issues may be fixed already and if so disregard my complaints. thanks a bunch!

I'm using this on mytouch 4G and have a premium membership. It was working great before the last couple of updates. Now, I can't load any oof the episodes for any of the shows, accept Bleach and Naruto, but even still, trying to watch those, I keep getting directed to a "join a free trial" page when I click the play button. I'm logged in under my user ID and PW, but I click the link @ the bottom of the page to log in, enter my info, and after attempting to log in again, directed right back to the same page. None of the episodes for other animes even appear when I click on them. I have discovered that app works ok when I connect to a wifi, but since I have a membership, shouldn't I be able to use my phone's data plan network? I've tried logging out then back in, uninstalling/reinstalling app and nothing corrects problem. Please help resolve issue. Thanks.

Same here. Trying to watch the latest Naruto Shippuuden episode on 3G connection when logged in to the Crunchyroll app. It goes to the screen saying the video is only available to premium members. But I do have premium membership to anime so I should be able to watch it, as I can on the site itself using computer.

Seems to be some kind of bug in the new app version.

I don't like how the screen doesn't rotate anymore. I would at least like a setting to turn that on or off. Also, I understand it can take a few hours to ready the new releases for the app, but advertising that we can watch it "1 hour after it airs in Japan" isn't right.

My list loading issue(using a Motorola Droid) has been resolved, Thank you. My screen still doesn't rotate when I slide my phone open though. I prefer holding my phone with the keyboard open(easier on my hands) so it's inconvenient that the screen no longer rotates.



I have a question about the featured list though.

When are they going to take off the ones that are no longer being simulcasted and when are they going to add Sacred Seven? Sacred Seven is on the Anime list but it isn't listed on the front page of the app.

Although my Captivate is still having trouble logging in with wi-fi mode enabled, with the newest update I am able to log in via 3G and stay logged in when I switch over to wi-fi mode without being hassled for an Subscription requirement. For the time being I'm able to watch anime in wi-fi doing this method , but hopefully logging in via Wi-fi will be fixed soon.

Not particularly urgent because I have watched this anime before but Yumiero Patissiere Professional episode 6 has no subtitles.


And you guys seriously need to get season 1 back because I re-watched my favorite episodes of that anime at LEAST once a month before you guys removed it.

I'll fix episode 6 but there's nothing I can do about season 1 since we don't have the rights for it anymore.

Thanks for getting that fixed, and I meant you guys need to get the rights back, I was seriously bummed when you guys lost the rights to season 1 -.-

Feature request: Buffer entire episode. Or at least more than a few minutes.

Most Androids have enough space to handle a large buffer and a bigger buffer, or full episode buffer, would be handy for road trips (when data reception gets spotty out in the middle of nowhere) or any other travel where you don't always have a solid connection.

Could be a good selling point for premium membership sales.

Android should buffer the entire episode or as much as it can hold since we place no limit on that.

We have a UI upgrade for Android coming soon which I think will include Search as well as our new Queue system.

I've found a number of the episodes show that it can not be played on the andriod app. Most notibly some of the Gundam episodes, Charger girl completely, and angelic layer....it seems to be random on some and entire series on others. The commercial works fine but then it says it can't be played. I've reset the phone, and reinstalled the app without avail.
