I get this same issue, and it just started happening today. Tried clearing app cache, clearing app data, and reinstalling the app. It still crashes even after a reinstall on my phone (Motorola droid razr). I was able to watch videos fine yesterday. Edit: App works normally when logged in with a non-premium account. Only crashes when i log in with my premium account. |

I have the same problem earlier last night, at first it was just opening up queue, then tried to go into anime section, and now it's a few seconds after the app is opened

The same thing is happening to me, but it's weird it started recently, it was working fine before. Whatever, I hope this gets fixed soon... I'm on a Samsung galaxy S3 if that matters. |

Ever since i logged into my playstation with crunchyroll my android app constantly keeps crashing, if I however log out on android it doesn't crash but as soon as I log in it crashes again.
Little note, I downloaded the crunchyroll app from the american store since it's not released yet in europe. |

If they aren't, they have to look into something going weird with the account, but if they are, there could also be some interaction between PS3 and Android on the same router that they need to look into. |

The app keeps turning into portrait mode even if the tablet is kept horizontally. At every action it flips into landscape, then immediately returns to portrait. Craaaazy bug. Hardware is Kindle Fire HD, app 0.6.5.4817.

Is it just me or has the quality of the videos decreased in comparison to a few months ago?

Hardware is Kindle Fire HD, app 0.6.5.4817. The app is currently designed to only support portait mode on the menu screens. CR is aware that demand for horizontal positioning is there, so hopefully they will include an update for horizontal mode in one of the future patches. |

How fast is your connection speed? The app will automatically lower the video quality if your connection speed starts to slow down. |

I run into the same issue as well, but it hasn't bugged me yet enough to bring this up. Since you did however, I would also like to add that I wish the text font color be changed. I font looks transparent and only shows up for me as long as the video behind the text is not extremely dark or extremely light. But even then, the font is still hard to read as it is transparent. |

Usually a restart fixes it. |

I've restarted it several time since the error first occured.
Weird enough though when I read your message this morning I tried the app again and it seems to be fully working. It was probaly something server side because my friend got the same error at the exact same time. it seems to be gone though for now. Thnx for looking into it guys and for your advice |
