![]() Using a Galaxy SIII, every time I try to watch a video over wifi, I get the following error. The videos work over 4G however. Obviously, the first thing I assumed was it had something to do with my network. Here are the following steps I've already taken myself: Restarted both modem and router. Opened necessary ports for my phone (granted they weren't closed in the first place). Placed phone in router's DMZ. At this point, I installed CR on wife's S3 and it was able to play videos over wifi so I uninstalled my cr app then reinstalled and still a no go. I'm stumped! |

I remember having an s3 and it wouldn't show anything... I had wipe out my phone and I was able to reinstall everything and play the cr app. This is just a suggestion I'm not saying do it... I know it's a pain to install everything back in to your phone.... But this is what I have done before

I'm trying to watch bleach on my nexus 7 but getting a message that you're preparing this show for my device and to check back later. No problems on my Samsung note 2 so that's weird.

But this is what I have done before sometimes the new APK might have bugs... but I am amazed at how fast they update it..... so keep on trying. |

It won't let me watch anY videos, a there's always a pop up before the video even starts to load but I don't think there's been any problems before this.

last night... I was going through my queue to erase the stuff I already watched. and came across I think the title was high school or school days.... well any way I had viewed that show last night... and noticed there was some ghosting problems.... I had fixed it changing my dpi to 200 and running my processor @ 1040mhz on my tablet (using a GTP3113 last night)...but Im sure other people might run into the same ghosting problems watching this show. just concerned for the people with stock tablets are concerned..

I've done some trouble shooting.
Since reinstalling the app doesn't work and the problem occur only after Crunchyroll's sign up for membership advertisement (right after opening theme). Other advertisements don't seem to cause a problem though. So I signed up for free trial, and when video become free from ads, the problem stop. Way to force your customer into getting membership.... good one. Doubt it will get fixed though, since fixing means people stop their subscription. |
