What exactly happens when you try to use the app?
Have you logged out and logged back in?
Uninstalled / reinstalled the app?

Since no one answered (to my knowledge) the request about adding a language setting for the app, so we can actually DECIDE if we want to be limited to having shows subbed only in our native language (most of us really don't) or in English :

Is there a way to do it already, is it coming or do we need to change the language on our device to make it work?

That would be an inconvenience which would make me rethink my membership...

Apologies if I missed it.
Language on Android is linked to the language on the device.

If you set your language to Spanish, you'll get Spanish subbed content.
French, French, etc.

Not a problem!

However, it would be nice to let us choose from within the app if we do indeed want the subs in our language or not. My smartphone's set to French, but the collection of subs in my language seems limited to select episodes from 4 series. That is not enough to justify the price of à full subscription.

Granted, I could just switch back and forth between both languages on my system, but that seems like an unnecessary hassle, when implementing the option within the app seems easy enough.

I do have other ways of watching your products (PS3 and LG TV (which I am confident will receive an app in the near future)) but nothing else for on-the-go viewing.

I watched several shows from my queue via the Android app this weekend, and they never updated in my queue to show that I'd watched them. I just had to go watch the last 2 minutes of each of them in a desktop browser to clear the episodes out of my queue.

So on the android app, on only this weeks most recent episodes I'm getting a "We're preparing this episode for your device!" error


EDIT: I finally determined it was because I had changed my password sometime last week, and it had logged me out on my phone, but it said i was still logged in. When I tried to log out, it was like "Uhhh, shit, your not logged in" and then i logged in and everything was fine.

the Android app hasnt' worked for me since January

I'd load an episode and it would just stay a black screen and never start.


then last week, I opened the app and my queue has nothing in it.

Does logging out and logging back in refresh it?
