turned my APK auto update off at 0.7.9, but that might be the last time it was updated..... I am thinking 0.7.7 would be the one I am looking for ot 0.7.6 if you have it

Edit: until 0.8.0 APK is released I would like to use an earlier version if possible. thank you for you help and concern.

You've got mail!

thanks a bunch bro

Congrats Now could the rest of unhappy campers (me included) somehow get a download link for this old apk version with a properly working queue and history?

A problem here: Crunchyroll app is running apparently fine in two of my Android devices (Motorola Defy MB525, running Android 2.3 Gingerbread MIUI and Asus Transformer TF700 Infinity running Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean).

But in the third one (a Media Player with Chipset AML-8726-M3 1Ghz—ARM Cortex A9—1 Gb memory DDR3, GPU Mali 400 and running Android 4.0) it just fails: loads the lists of animes, asks if I want to pay/make a free trial, loads and shows the initial ad and...after that loads nothing, just "freezes" at the screen that shows Crunchyroll URL and logo and says "Crunchyroll.com - the official source for anime & drama - Get your free 2-week anime membership now!". I am looking for this screen right now, and is stucked in it without load anything else by 10 minutes or more...

So, what is happening? I assume that I have a pretty decent hardware here (perhaps not so powerful as the Quad Core 1.6 Ghz Tegra 3 chipset in Asus Transformer TF 700 Infinity, but definitely stronger than ARM Cortex A8 800 Mhz with 512 Mb Memory in Motorola Defy MB525). So I figure out that hardware is not the issue.

My Media Player is linked to internet by Ethernet cable, connected to a Cisco router used as repeater bridge of my main router (D-Link), and internet is working fine on it. The Media Player have no issues at all with other movie streaming sites, such as YouTube, Netflix and Crackle (this one ad supported, just as Crunchyroll free version). Also, the Motorola Defy MB525 and Asus Transformer TF700 are linked in internet by wireless and seem to have no problems at all streaming Crunchyroll.

So, why the app stops playing after the first ad in my Media Player? Is an ad issue that should disappear if I buy a subscription? If is the case, please note that I want to subscribe Crunchyroll, but to be on the safer side, I need that Crunchyroll runs its ad supported version flawlessly on my devices first, or I'll be risking to loose money with it, finding more bugs/compatibility issues at a paid version.

To see that the app doesn't work as should exactly in the ARM Cortex A9 Media Player connected to my TV set is surely a big disappointment to me at this moment. But is there a way to fix this issue?

So... I installed the App in my Galaxy Note 2 running the latest firmware and now I'm concerned with two things:
1. Does not show Saint Seiya Omega in the anime list;
2. I can't watch in the site.

Will try to get some answer. If can't, I think I'll close my subscription. Crunchyroll doesn't seems to work good and I have actually a good Internet connection.

I'm on an android Motorola Razr, and I get a black screen when I click an episode. I've logged in and out, I've turned the phone off and on, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I still get the blank screen. What do I do?

Hey I am wondering, is there some sort of timeline or roadmap for the next version of the app.

I have been experiencing since the last release the following issues (of which most have been mentioned but not fixed with any current version yet)

1) Errors on playback (problem with playing stream) which when you re-attempt a second or third time it finally works
2) Queue not updating correctly all the time especially for the shorter episodes.
3) backing out of an episode seems to take you right back to home screen
4) Hitting end of show (letting it run to end) results in an error closing the app.
5) Screen navigation/orientation for tablets still portrait only
6) HD Please. Last I had heard was by year end (last year)

Now the errors above 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are more for android tablet devices running 4.04 while 1, 2, 3 and 6 apply also to Google TV (Logitech Revue). Please note that 1 of the android 4.04 tablet devices and the Revue are hardwired to gigabit switches and I have up to 50MB/s Down 3MB/s up Internet Connection (lowest speed test score I have gotten is 35MB/s down and 2.86MB/s up) I have no issues with Hulu, Netflix, or Crackle for content streaming. Just Crunchroll. Issues 1, 2, 3, and 4 only started occurring 2 updates ago.
