My 7th grade PE teacher was super fit. He can climb a 30ft. rope in like 3 seconds (no exaggeration)
And then, my 8th grade PE teacher was super fat that he took half a bench ^_^

This is funny... Me and my friends were thinking exactly the same thing when we were in highschool
And how they tried to make us do cross country when it was super icy, i bet they couldnt have done it themselves. They didnt even have to wear shorts T-T

I was lucky to have PE teachers that were actually fit...I only had one that was a complete @55 to everyone and treated PE like we were in the military. But now that I look back at it, I think it was necessary. Kids are cruel, and I'd never envy a teacher for their job, no matter what grade level or college level they teach. So that teacher alienating himself to his students may have been necessary for his and our benefit (he never had favorites for others to pick on, and bonds (friendships) were not formed that would in turn hurt the teacher and throw them off of their teaching focus)

I know it probably rots, looking at the PE teacher that is supposed to be a good example for everyone, and they are a complete contradiction of the orders they throw at you. I suppose, do as they say, not as they do? XD

Either way I felt somewhat the same as you do now, when I was younger.

i had a tomboy pe teacher back in middle school and she wasn't all that FIT.
But then, at least she exercised with us unlike others.
& she sure can play basketball, baseball, and those other sports. She was also very energetic & a cool ass teacher so i'm not tripping about it.

personally i do think there's something wrong with the hypocritical PE teachers but in my case it just spurrs me on keeping fit, whenever I'm made to run laps i just keep screaming " I WILL NOT BECOME HER/HIM, I REFUSE TO BECOME FAT AND LAZY!"in my head. I do this every year and glad to say it works

My P.E. teacher isn't all that fat. He's excel at almost all sports and best of all, he plays with us. But he always own us in soccer

My Jr. High school PE teachers were really fit and they're quite old, out of all the high school PE teachers here just one is fat and what I find funny is she's the hardest on her students, I hope I don't get her next year cause I might cuss her out like some did on the last day before Winter break.

It seems like at every school I've been to there's been a bunch of fat P.E. teachers, and in one case, a morbidly obese one.

Then again, P.E. is a joke anyway, so the fact that the teacher is fat doesn't really matter.

It's kind of hypocritical. But then again I agree with the chick above me, it's a waste of time really, at least at my school it was.

I just think p.e. teachers need to at least be fit and able to do the things that they are telling us to do, unless they are old. My teacher is pretty old so he can't do as much but he still runs with us at times when we had cross country practice which is pretty impressive. Although he did make the olympic trials when he was in his prime...

Just because someone is over weight doesn't mean they aren't good at teaching or good at sports.
I know plenty of bigger fellows who are gifted in pretty much every aspect of sport.

You probably won't believe me, but our PE teacher is a fat-as$ bytch.
