I'm not sure if you did but make sure you restart your computer after installing those drivers. Also, you may want to follow the instructions listed on the following site to fully take advantage of the hardware acceleration.

Also, right-click on the video player and make sure Subtitle Smoothing is disabled and Video Smoothing is enabled.

Other than that, you may want to clean any malware from your computer and make sure all other unnecessary programs are closed since your computer should run the video just fine in fullscreen mode.

@BasouKazuma, thanks for the help. I did restart the computer once I did all 3 steps you suggested. I also right clicked on the video, disabled subtitle smoothing and video smoothing - no luck.

I checked the website link you gave me.

Thanks anyway. I will check/log at Crunchyroll periodically to see if this problem do get fixed hopefully before (automatic) renewal time. Fortunately, I only log in less than a few times every so many months, the bad part is when I log and something like this happens, I then cannot enjoy Crunchyroll.

Come worse to worse, I'll have someone work on my laptop to figure it out and re-check your suggestions. If some new fix do come up, kindly keep me posted. Thanks again.

I just signed up for the free trial and I've noticed straight away very bad judder on the 720p stuff, when the camera pans left to right or up to down etc....I download naruto via taka fan subs at 720p and it's smooth but crunchy roll vids seem like there missing frames...(480p bleach jerks too but not as bad)

My CPU runs at 69% while watching 720p....I've uninstalled and reinstalled flash, got all the latest drivers but still it sucks, My laptop is only six months old and a decent spec.

Guess the trial will be cancelled very shortly.

I have had the same issue try changing your dns server that fixed it for me.
